*Ingredient : Beef, Onion, Bulgogi sauce(soy sauce), Spring onion, kiwis, garlic
Have chapped kiwis and have sliced beef thin.
[tip - Kiwis(not mean Newzealander) tenderize beef]
Combine all ingredients in a big bowl.
Marinade beef and vegetables for at least 30mins
1 hour is the best!
Grill with medium heat for 15~20mins until brown

OMG! FANTASTIC!
It was so tender, a bit of salty and sweet not spicy
(If you like spicy, it wouldn't have mattered that you added minced peppers.)
Bulgogi is nourishing food but too many is always not good.
It is a bad recipe so i recommend that you google it :p
I really like a bulgogi!
ReplyDeleteActually I sometimes cook it but you are better cooker of a bulgogi due to Korean.
If you have spare time, can you tell me how to make a real bulgogi!
